How do I find a scholarly journal article?

GALILEO icon new GALILEO is the library resource for reliable, credible, high-quality

  • journals, including scholarly journal articles,
  • periodicals, and some
  • newspapers.

After selecting GALILEO on the CTC Library Home Page

  • enter your topic and click on the magnifying glass button. 

Once initial results are displayed,

  • Select the scholarly journals box in the Refine results list on the left.
  • Update.

Scholarly journals also have the Academic Journalicon next to each article.
