Citations are documented sources for the information included in a report (essay, presentation, etc.). Author, title, publisher, year of publication, and format are major parts of a citation. There are many different formats for creating citations so make sure you are using the correct form!

Popular citation formats include:

  • American Psychological Association (APA)
  • Modern Language Association (MLA)
  • Chicago Manual of Style

For help citing resources, check out EasyBib. To access from home, you need to have the coupon code - you may come into the library or log-in to your CTC library account to obtain it.
