Where can I pick up my Dual Enrollment or Dual Achievement textbooks?

It varies depending on where your classes meet.  

On the first day of the semester the Director of Libraries will send an email that includes textbook pick up information. 

If you are taking one of the classes listed below, your access code will be emailed to your student email address around the beginning of the semester (it varies depending on when you registered for the class and when the library runs a textbook report.

  • Classes with emailed access codes (read carefully): AUTT 1010 (some), ACCT 2145, CIST 1001, CIST 1401, CIST 1510, ECCE (most classes), IDSY (High School & Career Academy classes), MGMT 1120, MGMT 1125, MKTG 1100, MKTG 1130, PHYS 1110, SPAN 1101, SPAN 1102

Below, find different scenarios that affect where you pick up your DE/DAP textbooks

  • You take all in-person classes
    • At at Chatt Tech Campus
      • Pickup at the library on the Chatt Tech Campus where your classes meet
      • If you take classes on multiple Chatt Tech campuses, then you may have to pickup textbooks and access codes at multiple Chatt Tech libraries
      • Pickup starts at 9am on the fourth day of the semester
    • At a career academy or high school campus where your Chatt Tech classes meet
      • Your textbooks will be delivered to that location during the first week of the semester.
  • You take in-person and online classes
    • The library on the Chatt Tech campus where you classes meet
    • The career academy or high school where your Chatt Tech classes meet
      • If you take classes on multiple Chatt Tech campuses, then you may have to pickup textbooks and access codes at multiple Chatt Tech libraries
      • If your classes meet at a career academy of high school your textbooks will be delivered to that location during the first week of the semester
  • You take online classes only (includes Online, Live Online, and eCampus classes)
    • Please use the Dual Enrollment/Dual Achievement Textbook Pick Up form to determine where to pick up any textbooks or access codes
    • Public and Private high school students
      • The library at the campus closest to your high school
    • Online High School or Home School students
      • The library at the campus closest to your house (shortest distance according to Google Maps)
    • A High School located outside the State of Georgia
      • Contact Leigh Hall, the Director of Libraries, at lhall@chattahoocheetech.edu.

If you make any changes to your schedule during drop/add, it may take additional time to get the textbooks and access codes to your assigned pick-up location. 

You can contact any library to verify where to go to pick up your textbooks and access codes. 

Please remember to bring a photo ID with you when picking up your textbooks. 

The hours for each campus library are available online.
