To meet with a tutor online, access Microsoft Teams through your OKTA dashboard and follow these steps.
From the OKTA Dashboard:
- Click Online Chatt Tech Tutoring.
- Select Download Microsoft Teams App to desktop.
- Click Chatt Tech Tutoring to meet with a tutor.
- Click the Subject Channel you need located on the left side of the screen under the “Chatt Tech Tutoring Logo”.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Start a Post.
- In the post, include your name and the subject you need help in. For example, “This is David and I need help solving exponential equations.”
- Then wait for a tutor to respond and pull you into the appropriate room
