You will need to resubmit the FAFSA each year you are in college to continue receiving financial aid, if you are eligible.
You can submit a renewal application online at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. You can also update your FAFSA if your circumstances change. The good news is that it gets easier every time!
